Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and convert inbound leads generated through multiple channels such as social media, website enquiries, campaigns, and referrals.

The role involves lead management, follow-ups, coordination, and relationship building, ensuring a smooth journey from first contact to meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads from social media, website, campaigns, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM / tracking systems.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with prospects.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams when required.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and discussions for senior team members.
  • Track lead status and conversion progress across the sales funnel.
  • Share regular updates and reports on lead movement and outcomes.
  • Support other business development activities as needed.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Marketing / Finance preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client coordination
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with follow-ups, CRM tools, and lead tracking systems
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and conversations simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of financial services is a plus (training will be provided)
