Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and convert inbound leads generated through multiple channels such as social media, website enquiries, campaigns, and referrals.
The role involves lead management, follow-ups, coordination, and relationship building, ensuring a smooth journey from first contact to meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads from social media, website, campaigns, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM / tracking systems.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and discussions for senior team members.
- Track lead status and conversion progress across the sales funnel.
- Share regular updates and reports on lead movement and outcomes.
- Support other business development activities as needed.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Marketing / Finance preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client coordination
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with follow-ups, CRM tools, and lead tracking systems
- Organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Ability to handle multiple leads and conversations simultaneously
- Basic understanding of financial services is a plus (training will be provided)
