Mr. Lohana founded Ascent Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2011 with primary focus and single point objective of transforming financial lives of his clients by providing them excellent, unbiased and customised financial solutions ensuring a bigger, better and brighter tomorrow. As a Partner and Senior Financial Planner, Mr. Parag brings over 11 years of experience in financial planning, investment strategy, and risk management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, an MBA in Finance, and has successfully cleared the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) examination. He also serves as the Principal Officer at Ascent, playing a key role in upholding the firm’s advisory standards and client-first philosophy.

Over the years, Parag has built deep expertise across portfolio management, retirement planning, investment advisory, estate planning, and tax-efficient structuring. His strength lies in looking at a client’s finances holistically and translating complex financial decisions into clear, practical strategies. With a strong foundation in personal finance and a disciplined approach to investing, he helps clients not only grow their wealth but also protect and preserve it across life stages.

Before joining Ascent, she worked with K C Mehta & Company LLP, a leading Chartered Accountancy firm, where she gained hands-on experience in the field of auditing.

Currently, Prajakta brings this expertise into the dynamic world of alternative investment avenues, focusing on areas such as startup ecosystems and succession planning. Her work is driven by curiosity and backed by rigorous research, enabling her to uncover hidden opportunities and craft strategic financial roadmaps for the long term.
